HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN OFFICE BUILDING?
The deadlines may vary depending on the size and equipment of the modular building. The customer chooses the module’s color, inner filling, and surface, all of which influence the duration of production and assembly.
INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHING
We use a wide range of materials in the exterior construction.
Sandwich panels are included in the construction of the modular house. They consist of two layers of metal with a polymer coating and several types of thermal insulation inside—basalt wool, polyurethane foam, or foam plastic. The roof can be flat or pitched. Various materials are used for the interior finish, depending on the customer’s wishes and the project details.
The other materials are discussed separately in the early planning phase.
WHICH FOUNDATION IS NEEDED?
The building skeleton is light, so it does not need a solid foundation. Roadblocks, concrete blocks, and bored piles are sufficient.
WE HAVE A RENTED PROPERTY. CAN WE HAVE THE BUILDING TRANSPORTED IF NECESSARY?
Yes, the construction can be moved to a suitable location. The most important thing is that there is enough space on the site for assembly, a crane manipulator, a means of transportation, and a few workers.
You can even transport large structures on just one vehicle, e.g., a modular office building with an area of 120 square meters. Up to 360 square meters, or an entire two—or three-story building, can be placed on three vehicles.
